About Us

We've always been foodies, we also love bread. We started our sourdough adventure in late 2021. With every bake, things got better, easier, and tastier. We've been around the food industry since we were young and have always dreamed of having our own place — Knife and Knead is the start of that adventure!

Meet the Owners

Scott & Beth

Scott

Scott worked in a kitchen serving large groups of people in his teens while working under some great chefs. He also has some amazing women in his life that have guided him towards this path. The itch of creating and delivering great food is at his core.

Beth

Beth was originally signed up for food service school in high school. While that didn't pan out, she became a Marine and chose food service as her MOS, cooking and serving her brothers and sisters in the Marine Corps. She too loves delivering great food and service.
